Job Description:

  • Lead the design and development of complex tooling and equipment to meet aerospace product design and manufacturing requirements.
  • Conduct and facilitate design reviews, gather requirements, and create or revise technical drawings.
  • Research and integrate robotics, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance production efficiency.
  • Develop off-load packages, technical specifications, procurement requests, and usage documentation.
  • Ensure designs comply with safety, manufacturability, maintainability, reliability, ergonomics, and regulatory standards.
  • Define and validate spare parts requirements and implement best practices into standardized functional processes.
  • Oversee the creation of inspection protocols, preventive maintenance plans, and user training materials.
