Long DescriptionRole Summary Should have good knowledge in Assembly Process. Key Responsibilities Should be responsible for Scheduling and execution of a BIW assy Program from RFQ to Launch Prepare RFQ for the BIW Jigs and Process development Process analysis including layout, cycle time, welding spot/seams distribution.Fixture Concept finalisation as per proposal and coordinate with line builder for DAP Manufacturing and Development Follow up with Line builder Prebuyoff Process along with CFT in Line builder end Inhouse installation / Layout / utilities preparation to execute the events and builds as per customer milestone Launch monitoring and execute ICA / PCA for the concerns reported in development and launch Process documentation Skills / Competencies • Experience in Process planning. • Experience in plant layout, station placement.• Experience in cycle time investigation, simulation verification and cycle time optimizat...
