Tool & Die MakerShift: 1st, (5am-3:30pm)Pay: $25-35.50 (Based on Experience)Job Summary:Works with Manufacturing Engineers, Supervisors, Managers, and Maintenance to design, build, repair, and maintain dies, assembly tools, machines, and gauges used in production. Job Description:Develop and modify tools and gauges using prints, CAD models, sketches, and specifications Create machining processes and maintain tooling schedules Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders) and CNC equipment to fabricate parts Verify machined parts meet specifications through inspection and measurement Assemble, fit, and finish machined components into tools and mechanisms Troubleshoot and repair existing dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures Coordinate with outside vendors for services such as heat treat and plating Install electrical and hydraulic components as instructed Maintain tooling databa...
