Job Description This position is responsible for all inspections, routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and engineering changes on all of the stamping dies. Responsibilities Perform routine preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all stamping dies and related components. Conduct inspections, root cause analysis, in-press diagnosis, and repairs of the stamping dies. Utilize welding techniques to repair worn or damaged tools, fabricate new components, and enhance tool properties. Disassemble, assemble, and troubleshoot issues with presses and dies while collaborating with engineers and equipment manufacturers to improve processes. Perform rigging and lifting for die sets.
