Job Description Job Description Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Keene, NH to bring on a Tool Maker / Tool Room Technician. This position offers flexibility for temp-to-hire or direct hire based on skill level and experience and supports precision tooling and machining operations. Position: Tool Maker / Tool Room Technician Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM (4-day workweek) Pay: $28.00–$38.00 per hour, depending on experience Duties / Responsibilities • Plan and perform precision internal and external tool setups • Perform skilled bench work including grinding, milling, turning, lapping, scraping, fitting, and adjusting parts • Manufacture intermediate to complex parts from engineering drawings and prints • Set up and operate manual and CNC machines while maintaining tight tolerances • Select, dress, and mount tooling, grinding wheels, and fixtures • Program or edit CNC programs directly at the machine • Use CAD software and related system...
