We are looking for a curious, proactive person eager to challenge themselves in an international and dynamic environment. Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it’s a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the Tool Park Solutions team.

What You'll do

As a Tool Solutions Marketing Intern, you will support the Tool Service Marketing team across a wide range of activities, from operational tasks to project coordination, training material development, and marketing communications. You will also gain first-hand experience of how a marketing department operates within a multinational, multicultural environment.

Your main tasks will include:

Supporting Solutions-related operations (our integrated offering of Hardware, Software, and Services) for Southern European countries, with a specific focus on Italy

Translating marketing materials

Assisting in the coordination of team projects, including managing pre-reads, meeting minutes, agendas, and follow-ups

Supporting Product Managers in responding to requests from the field force

Reporting key KPIs, primarily using data from our CRM system

Coordinating team communication with stakeholders through the team mailbox

-Assisting in the preparation of presentations and training sessions

What You’ll Bring

You hold a Master’s degree in Management, Industrial or Computer Engineering . Marketing/Sales

You’re fluent in Italian and have a good command of English, ready to connect in an international context.

You’re confident with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and know how to turn data into insights and ideas into clear, impactful presentations.
