Tool Room Technician

**Description**:
**Purpose**:
Responsible for manufacturing mechanical parts in the Tool Room workshop, as well as keeping the area clean and organized.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Milling Machine Operation
- Lathe Operation
- Handling workshop equipment
- Other responsibilities may be assigned
- Comply with Lockout Tagout Procedures
- Meet goals set by immediate supervisor in a timely manner
- Maintain Order and Cleanliness in Work Areas
- Maintain Respect and Discipline
- Comply with company policies
- Keep equipment in good condition and optimal functioning
- Use provided Tools and Equipment responsibly and appropriately
**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
**Desirable education, skills and/or experience**
- High school diploma
- Courses or certification in conventional machining
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
