Job Duties

Under general supervision, diagnoses, and repair and performs maintenance on conventional tools, down-hole tools and other equipment used in the application for down-hole operations. Areas of specialization within Product Service Line (PSL) specific shop operations may include: mechanical aptitude, pressure testing, surface equipment repairs, and performing major repairs. Assembles and disassembles all down-hole tools. Assist in making evaluations and recommendations for improvements on equipment based on maintenance history.
