- Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure tooling availability in order to comply with production plan
- Effectively lead and administrate technical resources, team members (supervisors and technicians)
- Executes process and tooling related standards to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Proactively participate in analysis regarding corrective actions and/ or continuous improvement
- Conducts periodical reviews and audits to promote a safe and world quality workplace
- Your Skills & Strenghts:
- Engineering degree
- Fluent english (desirable)
- Proven experience in automotive industry, preferably in Tier 1 environment (+15 years)
- Previous experience in injection molding (+10 years)
