**Resumen**
The Tooling Engineer is responsible for the design, development, validation, and maintenance of production tooling and fixtures used in automotive manufacturing processes. This role ensures tooling meets quality, cost, delivery, and safety requirements while supporting continuous improvement and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and modify tooling, dies, molds, fixtures, and gauges for automotive production. - Support new product launches by coordinating tooling development from concept through production release. - Collaborate with product, process, and manufacturing engineers to ensure tooling meets design and process requirements. - Manage tooling suppliers, including RFQs, technical reviews, design approvals, and follow-up. - Conduct tooling trials, debugging, and validation (run-at-rate, PPAP support). - Ensure tooling complies with quality standards (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP). - Troubleshoot tooling-r...
