Tooling Logistics Specialist

**Job Summary**:
The Tooling Logistics Specialist I supports international and domestic deliveries in a compliant and efficient manner
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Support international and domestic delivery process and Customs clearance in a compliant and efficient manner
- Perform pre-entry Customs formalities and issue resolution operations and arrange implementation and localization of Global Customs SOP and Enterprise Standard, achieve key targets;
- Organize international & domestic transportation (air, truck, multimodal), keep Logistics tracker updated.
- Interact with brokers and freight forwarders, control their performance.
- Audit of Customs transactions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, report of monthly metrics;
- Customs payments calculation and control of available funds on Customs account;
- Guide cross-functional teams to support Customs and Logistics topics.
