Job Description
Job Summary: Leads corrective and preventative tool maintenance to ensure the on-time delivery of a quality product for all customers related to plant operations. Performs maintenance functions and changeovers on tooling as scheduled to ensure maximum efficiency of molding operations. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Job Requirements:
Setup injection molds for production by changing inserts, pins, and other tooling components as specified on part prints.Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all tooling based on work orders.Prioritize assigned work to ensure production schedules are met.Work in conjunction with Molding Manager to establish KPIs to monitor efficiency in change over time.Work within a team environment with constant collaboration amongst Process Engineers, Molding Technicians, BTD Employees, Maintenance Technicians, Molding Mana...
