We are looking for a Tooling / Mold Engineer with extensive field experience in plastic injection molding and proven mold design skills to lead the tooling department and support the mold design phase for new launches, ensuring robust, on-time and on-budget industrialization, coordinated with all relevant departments.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the technical definition of molds during the RFQ, design, and launch phases.Manage internal tooling and/or external mold suppliers.Monitor new product launches: Design, manufacturing, testing, validation, and series production start-up.Actively participate in Design and Manufacturing (DFM), Moldflow, design reviews, and PMFA.Ensure the correct industrialization of the product, optimizing quality, cycle time, scrap, and process robustness.Provide on-site ...
