**Main Responsibilities**:
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of molds, dies, and tooling equipment.
- Coordinate and assign work to the tooling maintenance team.
- Analyze tooling failures and implement improvement actions to reduce downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical tools and materials.
- Track and report area performance indicators (downtime, scrap rate, efficiency).
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards.
