Responsibilities

  • Set up machine follow the schedule provided by Supervisor
  • Produce sample and do submission to QC
  • Inspect part quality before hand over to operator to run
  • Assist operator to resolve machine issues or part quality issue if any
  • Fill up the set up and monitoring record for process parameters
  • Carry out basic maintenance of machines
  • Troubleshoot process issues and Assist Engineer to run NPI/Testing
  • Knowledge on Machine Parameter Setting/ Adjustment
  • Raise JR for the tooling which move to tooling room for repair
  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills, setup machine
  • Detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork
  • Minimum 3 years technician working experience in Plastic Injection Molding Machine
  • Any ad hoc job as assigned by the superior from time to time
