We are seeking a skilled and detailed-oriented Tool Room Supervisor to lead and guide tool room personnel in constructing, altering, and repairing all types of tooling and injection mold dies. This role involves fabricating and assembling tools, fixtures, and gages while ensuring high standards of precision and quality.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan, layout, and perform all bench and machine operations to construct, alter, and repair complex die patterns and molds.
  
• Analyze specifications and apply knowledge of tool/mold design, shop mathematics, and metal die casting processes.
  
• Work from detailed drawings, blueprints, sketches, and models to visualize and compute dimensions.
  
• Set up and operate machine tools including milling machines, lathes, grinders, CNC Mills/Lathes, and perform CAD/CAM programming.
