We are currently seeking a Tools Hosting & Observability Engineer to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

**Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)**
- Making sure the hosted tools are available 24x7 in collaboration with current tools hosting shared services team.
- Work with the tool vendors to understand full capabilities, feature sets and coordinate with development and operations teams on leveraging the tools features to it full capabilities.
- On-call support on a rotational basis within the tools hosting shared services team for critical alerts action on the hosted tools.
- Map out the use case
equirements to the capability of the tool chains.
- Work with software teams to ensure the solutions have the proper tooling during enhancements and refactoring as well as new product introduction (NPI’s).
