Key Responsibilities:

TARGET CLIENTS

  • VIC & Existing top clients, potential top client, and C group client from Boutiques

  • High potential prospects (WW Chanel clients, partnerships…)

  • Development of client engagement, experience and relationship, while continuing the journey of retail excellence

    • TOP CLIENT LOCAL ENGAGEMENT ACTION

  • Support execution of yearly top client events incl. catering, gift and client targeting

  • Connect with event team to develop top client event format within global guidelines

  • Execute and support local events and actions

  • Support top client gifting strategy and execute boutique allocation and activation

  • Support Art & Culture top client actions

    • TOP CLIENT ANALYSIS

  • Propose and evolve performance measurement formats, help implementation, consolidate and monitor results to fine-tune strategy recommendations
