We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our regional HR team. This individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate positions across multiple countries, supporting key business areas and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
About the Role:
- Manage and coordinate recruitment processes for corporate roles, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Liaise with universities and other academic institutions to build relationships and attract top talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize workflows through SAP SuccessFactors.
