Job Title: Test Management – Concept & Coordination

Modules: FSL, SOp, SMS, MiRA, Paragon
Tools: SAP, MS Dynamics , UFT / TOSCA

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Management Specialist to lead concept design and coordination for testing activities across multiple platforms and modules. The role involves managing test strategy, execution, and automation in alignment with agile methodologies and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement test management strategy, including planning, execution, and reporting.

Collaborate with scrum teams to derive, organize, and maintain test cases.

Develop and maintain test environments, including user setup, test data preparation, and automation frameworks.

Perform User Interface (UI) and API testing to ensure end-to-end quality.

Drive test automation using tools like UFT and TOSCA.

Ensure compliance with SAFe agile methodology and testing best practices.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing activities with project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifikationen

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in test management, execution, and automation.

Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Dynamics .

Proficiency in UFT / TOSCA for automation.

Knowledge of SAFe agile framework.

Familiarity with logistics processes and related business scenarios.

Experience in UI and API testing.

Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications & Certifications

ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation or Advanced level preferred).

SAFe Certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist or SAFe Practitioner).
