Responsibilities
  • Administer country‑specific Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs.
  • Act as a technical resource for C&B processes under coordination of Senior Total Rewards Analysts, supervised by the EMEA Total Rewards Team.
  • Partner with EMEA Regional and Global Total Rewards teams, HR Operations, Payroll, and other HR partners.
