Job Description:
 Develop and implement comprehensive Total Rewards strategy that align with business
objectives, driving talent attraction, retention, and engagement.
 ADP global annual focal point review- Supporting as a critical associate of the total rewards Co E
in India for the implementation and execution of ADP annual FPR from pre-planning to associates
communication and discussion.
 Global Job Architecture- ADP follows global job architecture and this role will support in
continuous review, monitoring and consultation with HR and business leadership across GSS
international scope.
 Associate Benefits- assist in all associate benefits including planning, implementation, review,
renewals and policy design
 Market Analysis and Benchmarking: Support in conducting market research and analysis to
determine competitive Total Rewards packages, identifying trends and best practices.
 Data-Driven Insights: Analyze and interpret complex data to inform Total Rewards decisions,
providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
 Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to Total
Rewards, mitigating risks and ensuring corporate governance.
 Stakeholder Management*: Collaborate with senior leadership, HR teams, and external partners
to drive business outcomes through strategic Total Rewards planning.
 Employee Communication and Education: Support communication plans to educate employees on compensation and benefits programs, driving engagement and understanding.
 Budgeting and Cost Management: understand compensation and benefits budgets, analyzing
costs and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Skills and Experiences:
 5+ years of experience in HR, with Total Rewards Analyst in large organizations.
 Knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
 Experience with HR systems, including HRIS and benefits administration platforms
 Master's degree in HR, Business, or Compensation & Benefits
Preferred Qualifications:
 Good analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills
 Ability to communicate effectively across all layers of the organization
 Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations
 Strong business acumen
 Willingness to learn new systems and processes
 Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
 Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter
 Ability to influence others and build a strong business case for people as a growth driver
 Continuous improvement and growth mindset
