Job Description


We are looking for a 'TOTAL REWARDS LEAD' to design, implement, and manage the comprehensive Total Rewards strategy for India, ensuring it is competitive, cost-effective, legally compliant, and aligned with the company's business objectives and talent philosophy. This role will be the subject matter expert for compensation, benefits, and rewards analytics reporting to the Head of HR, India.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :



  • Design and administer the company's salary structure, bonus programs for India.

  • Conduct and analyze market benchmarking surveys (using Mercer, Korn Ferry, Aon, etc.) to ensure competitive positioning.

  • Manage the annual compensation review cycle (merit increases, promotions, bonuses) end-to-end, including budgeting, communication, and system updates.
