Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Plan, organize, and support activities and policies under the Total Rewards Center of Expertise for the Philippines.
• Administer 3M’s Compensation and Benefits programs and ensure pay equity across all PH entities.
• Support compensation planning processes, including annual budgeting, market pricing, governance review, and competitiveness analysis.
• Analyze compensation survey data (Mercer, WTW, AON) to provide insights on market movement, pay competitiveness, and structure updates.
• Provide data‑backed guidance on job offers, promotions, internal equity cases, and retention decisions.
