The Total Rewards Leader – Global Programs will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the company’s global approach to total rewards across all our regions. Reporting directly to the Vice‑President, Total Rewards, the successful incumbent will carry competitive analysis and make recommendations to ensure the alignment and scalability of our compensation and benefits programs worldwide, and will also take charge of the management of certain global programs. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, global experience, and the ability to manage in a matrix organisation.
