Location: Calgary. Remote work will be considered for an ideal candidate that resides outside of Calgary.
The Total Rewards Manager plays a critical role in shaping and delivering CMG’s global compensation, benefits, and equity programs. This role ensures that our total rewards strategy supports our business goals across the group, enhances employee experience, and aligns with expectations of a publicly traded organization. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the payroll function across multiple countries, managing compensation cycles, and supporting our long‑term and short‑term incentive plans. They will also support the ongoing development and optimization of our HRIS environment.
This is a highly autonomous, hands‑on, relationship‑focused role that blends strategic program design with operational excellence.
