Overview

This role will be onsite in either Purchase, NY or Plano, TX. 

The Manager, Retirement, People Experience and Operations supports the North America retirement agenda with excellence in execution, administration, and compliance for the defined benefit plans in the and Puerto Rico, in addition to the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP). This role will be responsible for leading US and Puerto Rico Administration (DB), DB projects and M&A activities. This role will manage Claims and Appeals across all plans (DB/DC) and maintain both the Operation Manual and Documentation Library. The role will work closely with Retirement Center of Excellence (CoE), Global HR Operations, IT, Treasury, Tax, Control and Legal. For context, PepsiCo has approx. $20Bn DB pension with 150,000 DB pension plan participants as well as approx. 20,000 ESPP plan participants.
