GENERAL FUNCTION

This position will manage the Company's Compensation and Benefits programs for Operations in Mexico in multiple sites and business units.

The Compensation and Benefits Sr. Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws, supports talent retention, and helps foster a fair and motivating work environment.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and manage salary structures, incentive plans and job grading systems.
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
  • Lead the annual compensation review process including merit increases and bonuses.
  • Advise HR business partners and leaders on compensation decisions for hires, promotions, and adjustments.
