About The Role

This role supports the design and delivery of total rewards programs that align with business goals and enhance employee experience. You will conduct market research, manage compensation cycles, and provide guidance on job evaluations, salary recommendations, and incentive programs. Responsibilities include administering benefits and wellness programs, analyzing data for compliance and decision‑making, and creating communication materials to promote understanding of total rewards. You’ll also lead or contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the function.
