Compensation:
Collaborate with HRBPs and internal stakeholders to develop and refine the organization's compensation strategy, taking into consideration market data, financial constraints, and organizational objectives.
Collaborate with HR leadership and business units to align compensation practices with the company's goals.
Ensuring that the pay practices comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
Benefits Management
Administering the organization’s benefits programs (e.g. leave policies, insurance policies, etc.).
Researching and analyzing benefits plans, programs, and policies.
Making recommendations based on data analyses.
Monitoring government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends.
