Summary:
The Total Rewards Operations Specialist provides advanced support for compensation and benefits programs, as well as general People & Culture (P&C) operations. This role assists with Workday updates, process documentation, and day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth operations and accurate data management.
Essential duties/responsibilities:
Assist with preparing and submitting statutory filings and reports for compensation and benefits.
Support compensation benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and survey participation.
Help administer incentive and bonus programs, including data validation and reporting.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors to support Total Rewards operations.
Participate in Total Rewards projects, such as system updates and policy changes.
Maintain documentation and audit trails for compensation and benefits processes.
Provide general P&C support, including responding to employee questions and assisting with onboarding/offboarding.
Perform Workday updates, help troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy.
Document HR processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Required Job Skills and Abilities:
Fundamental knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs, particularly as it relates to employee benefits.
Knowledge of United States and Indian benefit regulations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with HCM systems preferred.
Required Education and Experience:
5+ years of experience in HR, with exposure to both compensation and benefits.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Travel: Less than once per month.
Working Environment: Typical office environment.
