  • Coordinates Total Rewards processes such as salary planning, bonus planning, and new benefits introduction.
  • Supports the design and development of Total Rewards policies, including job evaluation, salary structure, and flexible working arrangements.
  • Analyzes remuneration schemes and prepares reports on internal equity and external competitiveness.
