Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the end‑to‑end Off‑cycle Adjustments (OCA) process by tracking requests, preparing submissions, monitoring approvals, and providing assistance to stakeholders.

  • Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and reports to ensure data accuracy, visibility, and smooth operational workflows.

  • Serve as the Workday point of contact for the North America Compensation team, assisting with questions on wage types, reports, system requirements, and deadlines.

  • Build, update, and run Workday compensation reports, coordinating bi‑weekly reviews of pending transactions with Compensation Advisors.

  • Contribute to additional compensation activities, such as Rewards Planning and other team initiatives, through analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
