The Specialist – Total Rewards supports the design, analysis, and execution of Total Rewards programs across compensation, incentives, job evaluation, and workforce analytics. This role contributes to building a data-driven, technology-enabled Total Rewards function aligned with business and talent strategies, working closely with the Total Rewards Manager and key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and administration of incentive programs, including sales incentives, annual bonus plans, and performance-based compensation schemes.

• Conduct simulations, pay-for-performance analysis, and rewards analytics to assess incentive effectiveness and equity.

• Assist in job evaluation and leveling using formal job architecture frameworks, maintaining job grades, salary bands, and internal equity models.
