Job Description

The Total Rewards Supervisor supports the design, implementation, and governance of the organizations total rewards framework, including compensation structures, job evaluation, incentives, and benefits. The role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, budget discipline, and data accuracy, while supervising day-to-day total rewards operations and supporting annual and ad-hoc reward processes. Job Evaluation & Role Mapping Conduct job evaluation and job mapping exercises using approved methodologies to ensure roles are aligned with the organizational grading and job architecture framework. Maintain accurate job maps and collaborate with Talent Management team to reflect organizational changes. Ensure job evaluation outputs support internal equity and consistency across functions.
