Job Description
The Total Rewards Supervisor supports the design, implementation, and governance of the organization’s total rewards framework, including compensation structures, job evaluation, incentives, and benefits. The role ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, budget discipline, and data accuracy, while supervising day-to-day total rewards operations and supporting annual and ad-hoc reward processes.
- Job Evaluation & Role Mapping
- Conduct job evaluation and job mapping exercises using approved methodologies to ensure roles are aligned with the organizational grading and job architecture framework.
