Job Description:

We are looking for a Tour Consultant to handle domestic and international holiday packages. The role involves managing client enquiries, creating customized itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, and providing end-to-end booking and post-travel support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle holiday package enquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp, walk-ins, MICE)
  • Design and sell customized domestic & international tour packages
  • Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, and transport providers
  • Prepare itineraries, quotations, vouchers, and travel documents
  • Manage amendments, cancellations, and customer support
