Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed tour itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, attractions, meals, and optional excursions.Coordinate logistics with suppliers, vendors, and Tour Directors.Monitor budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective planning.Prepare and distribute tour documentation for guests and staff.Support Tour Directors before and during tours with real-time problem-solving.Ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.Communicate tour updates and details to internal teams and travel partners.Assist in post-tour evaluations and improvements.
