Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage detailed tour itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, attractions, meals, and optional excursions.

  • Coordinate logistics with suppliers, vendors, and Tour Directors.

  • Monitor budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective planning.

  • Prepare and distribute tour documentation for guests and staff.

  • Support Tour Directors before and during tours with real-time problem-solving.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and customer expectations.

  • Communicate tour updates and details to internal teams and travel partners.

  • Assist in post-tour evaluations and improvements.
  • Skills & Qualifications:


    Required:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience coordinating group tours or similar travel-related roles.
