Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage all aspects of multi-day group tours (coach, cruise, fly & coach, etc.)

  • Represent WestWorld Tours professionally and warmly at all times.

  • Greet guests upon arrival and create a welcoming, inclusive group dynamic.

  • Manage day-to-day logistics including hotel check-ins, attraction admissions, meals, and timing.

  • Communicate regularly with the office team to report tour status and issues.

  • Work proactively to solve problems and ensure the itinerary runs smoothly.

  • Offer commentary, share destination knowledge, and keep guests informed and entertained.

  • Provide excellent customer service and handle concerns with empathy and discretion.

  • Administer basic trip documentation and expense reporting as required.
