Role Overview

We are looking for a Tour Executive with prior experience in travel agencies or tour operations to manage end-to-end tour planning and execution. This role involves building itineraries, coordinating with local operators, costing tours, handling enquiries, and supporting sales conversions through clear communication and follow-ups.

This is a hands-on operations role for someone who understands how tours actually come together on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and refine day-wise tour itineraries for motorcycle expeditions and custom group tours
  • Coordinate with local operators, hotels, transporters, guides, and support teams
  • Prepare detailed costings , inclusions, and pricing for tours
  • Assist in planning tour schedules and logistics (hotels, meals, vehicles, permits where required)
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Follow up on leads and support conversion from enquiry to booking
  • Manage reservations, confirmations, and documentation
  • Support tour promotions by sharing clear itineraries, highlights, and pricing with the marketing team
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, vendors, costs, and guest details
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution before and during tours

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience with a travel agency, tour operator, or DMC
  • Strong understanding of tour planning, costing, and logistics
  • Experience dealing with hotels, local vendors, and ground operators
  • Comfortable handling customer calls and follow-ups
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, small team environment

Motorcycle touring or adventure travel exposure is a strong plus , but not mandatory.

Software & Tools (Preferred)

  • MS Excel / Google Sheets (costing & tracking)
  • WhatsApp Business
  • Email tools (Gmail / Zoho Mail)
  • Basic CRM or lead-tracking tools
  • PMS / tour management software experience is a plus
