**Tour Expert - Cruise Ships**
**Location**: Onboard international cruise ships (global destinations)
**Contract**: Fixed-term (5 months ±1), full-time
Talent Odyssey is hiring **Tour Experts** for leading international cruise lines.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sell and promote shore excursions
- Coordinate and support guests during onshore activities
- Ensure safety, satisfaction, and smooth logistics
- Provide translations and assist with guest needs
**Requirements**:
- Eligibility to work in EU (EU-passport holders) - The company DOESN'T provide VISA
- Experience in sales or tourism
- Fluent in English, Italian, and either German or French
- Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese) a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to live/work onboard throughout the contract
