Job Description – Remote Tour Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a
Remote Tour Operations Coordinator
 to manage the logistics and day-to-day operations of tailor-made tourism products. This role involves close collaboration with international clients and suppliers, budget coordination, payment monitoring, and ensuring smooth delivery of customized travel experiences.

This is a
fully remote position
, requiring strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and manage
   tailor-made itineraries and travel packages
    based on client requirements
2. Communicate with clients to assess needs and recommend suitable tourism products and services
3. Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transport providers, guides, and other partners)
4. Monitor payments, budgets, and operational timelines
5. Handle unforeseen operational challenges and client feedback in a professional and solution-oriented manner
6. Create, maintain, and update electronic client and booking records
7. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
8. Ensure accurate documentation and operational follow-up throughout each project

Requirements

1. Native-level or full professional proficiency in Spanish
    (spoken and written)
2. Advanced English proficiency
    (spoken and written)
3. Experience or strong interest in
   tour operations, travel logistics, DMC operations, or tourism management
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-handling skills
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
6. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a
   remote work environment
7. Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
8. Proficiency in
   Microsoft Office, online tools, and digital communication platforms
