Responsibilities

As a Tower Foreman, you are responsible for leading the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals determined by leadership. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

  • Understand and implement MasTec Communications Group (MNS) Health Safety and Environmental Policies (Safety Manual)
  • Understand and implement Industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI)
