Tower Head- Record to Report

Job Description:

Tower Head - Record to Report will lead the global R2R function of 150+ people managing activities around Journals, MEC , Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Consolidation ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across all entities. This role is responsible for driving process excellence, automation, and standardization within the R2R domain, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver strategic business insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership & Strategy

• Define and execute the global R2R strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead a team of managers and analysts across multiple geographies
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and best practices in R2R processes

Operational Excellence
