Tower Head - Record to Report will lead the global R2 R function of 150+ people managing activities around Journals, MEC , Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Consolidation ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting across all entities. This role is responsible for driving process excellence, automation, and standardization within the R2 R domain, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver strategic business insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the global R2 R strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Lead a team of managers and analysts across multiple geographies
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and best practices in R2 R processes
Operational Excellence
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local statutory requirements
