Town Planner

To manage urban and regional planning activities, ensuring the utility infrastructure aligns with governmental master plans, zoning laws, and sustainable development goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Interpret and apply federal, state, and local planning and zoning regulations to all new infrastructure projects (e.g., pipelines, transmission lines, access roads).
• Master Plan Alignment: Review and assess government or municipal master plans to strategically align the company's utility expansion and network footprint with future development areas.
• Permitting & Approvals: Prepare and submit comprehensive planning applications, land-use proposals, and environmental impact assessments to secure necessary government approvals.
