Job Description
As a Toxicologist your job functions will include, but not be limited to:
+ Performing exposure and toxicity assessments (risk assessments) for chemicals and quantitatively evaluating human health risks.
+ Familiarity with international (e.g., USA, EU) standards and regulations of
+ Medical devices
+ Proposition 65 risk assessments
+ Conducting safety assessments of products and raw materials.
+ Critically reviewing and analyzing scientific studies, rating their reliability and selecting key and supporting studies in a weight of evidence approach.
+ Execution of technical work and client deliverables
Candidates should hold an advanced degree in toxicology, pharmacology, biology, chemistry, environmental health, or similar field.
The ideal candidate will have:
+ University degree (equivalent to a Master’s degree) in Toxicology or related science, PHD preferred.
+ 2 to 5 years of experience in human health risk assessment and toxicology
