We are looking for a TPH Production Support Specialist, working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
Incident Resolution & Technical Analysis
Serve as the technical escalation point for 1st line support regarding TPH-related incidents and service disruptions
Conduct detailed investigations into failed payments, stuck messages, interface timeouts, queue build-ups, or reconciliation mismatches using logs, database traces, and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace)
