Responsibilities:
Coordinating with process owners for implementation of OPLS, Suggestion scheme, 5-S activities, Kaizen, SGAs and 6 Sigma initiatives.
Assist in conducting Steering Committee meetings pertaining to 6 Sigma initiatives for best output.
Conducting I Quest competition for awarding best TQM projects and Celebrating TQM Awards for awarding the best participants
Coordinates with Internal HODs and External faculty for implementing the training programs for employees
Inventory & maintenance of Furniture fixtures of the company.
Developing and Implementation of PCMM related matters
