TR1 - Full-Stack Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer excited to build end‑to‑end product features. In this role, you'll ship functionality across a frontend and a backend, ensuring high performance, clean architecture, and a seamless experience for our users.

What you'll do

• Ship complete features: design data models, build APIs, implement UI, write tests, and deploy
• Build AI-powered tools for cultural analysis, document processing, and content localization
• Integrate with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and observability tools (Langfuse)
• Help redesign our tools into a unified chat interface with tool-calling capabilities
• Start shipping features from week 1

What we're looking for

• 7+ years building production web applications that users actually depend on
